EZ50 Pull Line Conduit Blower

The Conduit Pull Line Blower EZ50 by Zeitler is used to feed a special pull line promptly and efficiently into conduits of Ø 18 to 50 mm (internal diameter) for electrical installation in private construction.

Easy to apply even in buckled conduits, junction boxes, sockets and plugs.

QUICK SETUP

Apply line brake

Fit joint/nozzle appropriate to internal conduit diameter

Firstly blow through the conduit with air, check if penetrable tube/correct tube

Make either a loop or fix a bead to the pull line

Release line brake

Blow conduit pull line in without interrupting, observe uncoiling in cylinder

Release switch and close nozzle with a finger

Apply line brake and cut off pull line

Fix wire/s to the pull line and start pulling

Attach cable to pull line 

SUCTION MODE

Problems with for example kinked conduits can be solved by switching to suction mode, sucking the pull line from opposite end
